Accepting Credit or Debit Card Payments

InvoiceToo partners with Stripe to enable you to accept secure online card payments. Stripe is a well known, reputable payment processing company with a global presence. 

To start accepting credit or debit card payments, you will need to complete the signup form when you enable Stripe within our app. Information such as your bank account details for payouts and your business details, or your details for individuals. The form takes less than 5 minutes to complete. You can begin to accept online payments instantly after completing the form.

A payment button will be displayed in the email and on the invoice you send to your customers. When an invoice has been paid, you will receive a notification regarding the payment, the invoice will be marked as paid and a receipt will be generated and sent to the customer.

Receiving payouts

The below table list the normal payout schedules per geo, this is the time it takes to receive the funds processed through Stripe to reach your bank account. Your very first payment will take 7 business days to reach your account. 

Note: Stripe now offers accelerated payout speeds for users in Europe and Canada, with funds available within 3 business days. After meeting certain criteria based on risk and history with Stripe, users in Europe and Canada will be eligible for this faster payout speed option. Once eligible, Stripe will notify you and automatically update your payout speed in 2 weeks..

Transaction Fees

The below table list the transaction fees that will be deducted from the total invoice amount per geo, InvoiceToo earns a small commission on the transaction fees Stripe charges.
